Poster presentations
Posters are a very important part of contributed presentations within the scientific program. Posters will be presented within two sessions of the scientific programm:
Poster Session I (EVEN poster numbers): Monday, March 2, 17:10 -19:00
Poster Session II (ODD poster numbers): Tuesday, March 3, 13:30 – 15:00
Every poster author is requested to be at his/her poster at the scheduled poster session.
All posters shall be on display throughout the duration of the conference.
Important Information for Authors
Posters will be presented on posterboards within the exhibition area. The posterboards are approx. 85cm width x 120cm height and meant for posters printed in the format DIN A0 (Portrait format).
Each board is numberd in the upper left corner.
Posters are to be set-up on Sunday at 12:00 – 19:00 and should be removed on Wednesday at 14:30 the latest.
Poster award session
The best posters will be awarded with a attractive prices.
The poster award session is scheduled on Wednesday, March 4, 2020 from 12:50 to 13:30. A poster jury will view all posters and select the three best posters from each poster session.
